Limited Asbestos Sampling and Lead Paint Testing
- $375 Combination price. Inspector will take up to 7 asbestos samples, and XRF lead testing of all painted components in up to 3 rooms.
- Each additional asbestos sample will cost $10.
- Lead paint testing can eliminate the EPA RRP Rule requirements. Per the EPA RRP rule, most renovations on residential structures built before 1978 must be done by an RRP certified contractor using lead safe work practices. You can avoid this extra cost if the paint tests negative for lead. Most homes built after 1950 test negative for lead paint.
