Lead Tech Environmental was founded in 1994 as a boutique, environmental consulting company that specializes in testing residential properties, both single family and multifamily, for lead based paint and asbestos. Since many of Lead Tech Environmental’s clients are city and county public agencies operating on limited budgets, our prices are very competitive. We will gladly consult on a job of any size. We have inspected everything from a single bathroom, to Dodger Stadium.

Lead Paint Testing
All inspectors are certified by the California Department of Public Health. We abide by the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD Guidelines) to conduct our lead inspections, clearances and risk assessments.
Asbestos Testing
All inspectors are DOSH certified SSTs and CACs.
Collect bulk samples from discreet locations, and reads air samples on site.
Mold Inspection
We will test indoor air quality for high levels of mold spores.
Trained inspectors take air, bulk, and swab samples, as well as moisture readings.
